Ben Heller Week 8- Fairytale

Once upon a time, there lived a bent old witch. In that great gray abyss, that ever-changing violet realm. Her life was a miserly one, with no joy and no hope. The bent old lady had had no children, had never known a husband, and had never grown accustomed to all those things women enjoy in the course of their lives. This discovery, which was known to Doyle, that shifty crow, was a stark one, and would have very possibly destroyed her life. This, while not a foreign thought for the crow, was too strong for even this levitating beast. He acrimoniously trudges on, leaving the bent old woman to her own devices…

Years passed, and the witch was still on her own. But something was different. With the dawn emerged a new reality, one which would presently present itself to the bent old ogre. She rushed to the port of her small sordid cottage, and veered to the kids. Something was quite alist, something not quite right. Determined to change her fate, the woman seized the children. They were with hair that was black as night, nails as long as the roots of the great tree, and mouths (their words quite crass) that would shame any parent. It was time to teach them a lesson.

The bent old witch smote them where they stood, and vanquished her great foe- a lack of discipline.
